Meet the Founder
Her patent practice focuses on Life Sciences, Biotechnologies and Chemistry.
Helene has worked in both private practice and in-house, developing extensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution, IP strategy, Freedom-to-Operate assessments, and the negotiation of license and research agreements.
In 2024, she joined the team of IP experts at ALATIS, a law firm of IP attorneys based in Paris and Geneva, focused on all aspects of patent, trademark, and design law.
ALATIS has been ranked among Europe’s top patent law firms for 2025 by the Financial Times, based on a survey of clients and industry peers.
Education
Helene earned a scientific degree in Pharmacology/Molecular Biology from Polytech Sophia Nice in 2002, followed by a law degree in Patent, Trademark, and Design Law from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in Strasbourg in 2003. She has successfully passed the European Qualifying Examination (EPO), the French Qualifying Examination (INPI), and the US Patent Bar (USPTO).
She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs to stay current with the latest developments in IP law, including IP management strategies tailored for startups and emerging tech companies.
